Gossen transmitter - ( former) military transmitter

Is the transmitter at Gossen, which one can see on http://wikimapia.org/#lang=de&lat=62.78 ... &z=17&m=bs and which is according to the air-traffic obstacle list of Norway on https://www.ippc.no/norway_aip/current/ ... 5_4_en.pdf 200 metres high a ( former) military installation or a civil broadcasting station?
The transmitter looks like as it was once used for AM radio, but I could not found such a site for the given location.
