I think english is reserved for the international section of the forum, but anyway:

These positions were intended for the 21cm Mörser 18 gun. The remains are the "earth-anchors" that kept the gun in position - ie stopping it from moving backwards from the effect of the recoil.

The Mörser 18 has been subject for several discussins in the forum, including the purpose of the anchors: Try a search, and you'll find some photos (there are several photos on the internet as well).

I don´t really understand the function of the anchors. Looks like the anchors are hard attached to the ground and the moerser is attached in the middle. So normally the moerser could be rotated, but if you still need the anchors you can only fix the mörser in "quarter positions", like the anchors are installed.
So did I understand that right ?

I'm far from an expert on guns or the Mörser 18 in particular, but as I see it (judging by the available photos), the anchors are attached by steelbars to the baseplate, on wich the gun rotates.
I reckon some of the present experts will correct me if I'm wrong...

you are right. the anchors are fixing the baseplate.

Jeg fant 6 innganger til fjellanlegg der inngangene var påmontert ståldør av "nyere" dato. Fem av disse var sveiset igjen. Ikke usannsynlig at 3. tropp fra et ingeniørkompani stod bak monteringen i 1986. Forklaringen kan være at a) Forsvarets Bygningstjeneste satt med et ubrukt lager med ståldører, b) Evenes avd. av Stay Behind trengte lagerplass, c) Forsvaret hadde ingen tro på at den kalde krigen var over.

Den kalde krigen var ikke over før ca 1989-90. Slutten kom jo forholdsvis brått på, så iverksatte planer og inngåtte kontrakter for utbygginger av faste landforsvarsinstallasjoner i Norge fortsatte som kjent frem til i alle fall 2001.

Her snakker vi åpenbart om et lager i en eller annen form, som også er relevant den dag i dag - feks for Heimevernet som er en av flere aktuelle brukere i området. Formålet kan ha vært både våpen, ammunisjon og generelt materiell: Restriksjoner på våpenoppbevaring og sentralisering av lagre som følge av de mange uønskede hendelsene på spesielt 90-tallet (drap/selvdrap, innbrudd/tyveri osv) kom jo først for 15-20 år siden.
