Hello,

I saw that facing Fest Pi Stäbe 26 and 32 the EInsatzgruppe Winking placed 3 O.B.L. instead of 2, the O.B.L. Tönsberg, Kristiansand and Stavanger.
Does anyone know if the O.B.L. Kristiansand were working for the F.Pi.Stab 26 or 32 ??

As far as I can tell, Festungs-Pionierstab 26 was located in Stavanger and 32 in Kristiansand.

I don't know anything about the relationship between Whermacht (Festungspioniere) and Organisation Todt (the bauleitungen).

Thanks for your answer.
In the begining of the Atlantikwall contruction + fortification of W.B. Dänemark and W.B. Norwegen the layers of Festung Pioniere and O.T. were supposed to be symetrical at each level. 1 O.B.L. of the Todt was connected to 1 Fest.Pi.Stab.
Later in the war some exceptions appeared such as the one I am pointing out.

Here is a few inputs ; the 32 is not in Kristiansund - even if it deals with this area but Arendal. I haven't found my answer yet but it is in progress.
